On April 8, 2026, the grand opening of the international environmental campaign “March for Parks – 2026” was successfully held, organized by the Almaty State Nature Reserve.
During the event, students from the Talgar District delivered a symbolic silent message to the public through nearly 50 environmental posters, promoting care for nature and environmental responsibility.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Talgar City Akimat, the Talgar District Department of Education, the Chairwoman of the District Mothers’ Council, the Head of the Department of Culture, Language Development and Sports, district athletes, as well as other honored guests.

♻️ As part of the campaign:
🌱 about 30 birch trees were planted
🧹 1 hectare of land was cleaned
🗑️ 0.5 tons of waste were collected
This meaningful initiative became an important environmental step aimed at promoting the 95-year history of the Almaty Reserve and fostering love for nature among the younger generation.
